W. B. Hendrix Funeral Today

     "Livingston, Dec. 9--Funeral services for William B. Hendrix, retired farmer who died in his home here Monday, will be held at 2 PM Wednesday in the Pace Funeral Home Chapel.
     Services will be conducted by Rev. Arthur Davis and the Rev. J. C. Cole.  Burial will be in the Menard Chapel Cemetery.
     A resident of Polk County 50 years, he is survived by his widow, Mrs. Pearl Hendrix; two daughters, Mrs. Alberta Lindsay of Baton Rouge, LA and Mrs. Evelyn Whisenhunt of Livingston; four sons, Bergman and A. C. Hendrix of Houston, L. B. Hendrix of Nederland and V. A. Hendrix of Beaumont; one step-daughter, Mrs. Quincy Kervin of Livingston; three step-sons Peyton, Harley and Oree Bailey of Livingston; three brothers, Ben Hendrix of Beaumont, Tom of Saratoga, and Lee of Sour Lake; two sisters, Mrs. Mattie Herrington of Moss Hill and Mrs. Martha Salter of Mont Belview, 30 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren."
