The State of Texas}
   Polk County      }
Know all men that the following Schedule of Personal Property is the whole of the
Separate Property of Elizabeth H. Moseley of the said County of Polk and State of Texas.
Towit:  Tom a Negro man aged about thirty five years, Nancy a woman aged about
twenty four years and her two Children:  Ann a girl about six years old and Bob, a boy
about four years old.  The above named Negros were given to the said Elizabeth H.
Moseley, formerly Elizabeth H. Turner, by Her Grand Mother of the State of Virginia,
Mrs. Elizabeth Hinds and this Schedule is made out and hereby submitted for record,
according to provision of law in such cases made and provided?   Given under my hands
and seals this the 24th day of April A.D. 1852      Scrolls used for Seals.

Polk County         }   Personally appeared before me Arthur Middleton a Notary Public
for the County & State aforesaid, Elizabeth H. Moseley who acknowledged that the
foregoing is a full schedule of her Separate Property, To certify which thereto sign my
name & affix my the seal of office, this 15th day of June A.D. 1852

County of Polk     }   Personally appeared before me Arthur Middleton a Notary Public
for the County and State aforesaid George M. Moseley to me personally known, who
acknowledged that he signed the Schedule hereto annexed for the purpose therein
expressed and sat forth.  To Certify  which  I hereto sign my name and affix the Seal of
my office this 29th day of November A.D. 1852.

Note:  The words “whole” in the 3rd line of the foregoing schedule interlined over the
word “part?”  erasure-& the “___ the” visibly written on erasure in 3rd line also an erasure
in the 7th line of the Schedule & the word “above” visibly written on erasure in 10th line
of the said Schedule.

County, Certify that the foregoing Schedule and Certificates thereto were this day
