James William "Willie" Wiseman, Sr., joined the funeral home business with his brother in law, Walter, in 1919. Walter's first wife, Bessie Lane, was a sister of Willie's wife, Tempie Lane Wiseman. Willie died November 26, 1970 at the age of 87.
