Alice Martin was born on Monday, 10 o'clock P. M. on Sept. 4th, 1871.
Ella Love Martin was born Friday, 3 o'clock P. M. on August 15th, 1873.
Mary Cahal Martin was born Wednesday, 10 o'clock P. M. on February 3rd, 1875.
Martha Williamson Martin was born 5 o'clock A. M. on Tuesday, April 29, 1879.
Andrea Martin was born Tuesday, 8 o'clock A. M. on May 23, 1882.
Helen Martin was born Tuesday, 7 o'clock A. M. on March 18, 1884.
Bennett Ready Martin was born Sunday, 9 o'clock P. M. on Feby. 21, 1886.
Record of Deaths.
Alice Martin died on Thursday, 3 1/2 o'clock A. M. on May 22, 1873. Age 20 months 18 days.
Ella Love Martin died on Wednesday 7 o'clock A. M. Sept. 30th, 1874. Age 13 months 15 days.
Bennett Ready Martin died 10 1/2 o'clock A. M. Monday, August 9, 1886. Age 5 mos. 19 days.
Alice Ready Martin died 2 1/2 o'clock P. M. Sunday, Sept. 7, 1890, aged 47 years, 9 months and 28 days.

Mrs. Helen Martin Devine makes oath in due form of law that the foregoing is a true and perfect copy of the FAMILY BIBLE RECORD of the marriage of her father and mother, and the births and deaths of their children, as taken from the said record and filed herein in order to obtain a BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
