State of Tennessee   }   Whereas my father Harvy H. Smith did Sell to
County of Sumner     }    W. H. Butt his farm of sixty and three fourth acres of land on the 28 day of September 1907 for fifteen hundred Dollars paid cash; and whereas I Annie M. Smith am the only heir of my father Harvy H. Smith and L. L. Smith, and am twenty one years of age, I have this day to complete and Satisfy all parties do demise, release and forever quit claim unto said Wallace H. Butt and wife G. A. Butt and their heirs all my title interest and estate legal and equitable claimed through or by me in the following described premises to wit: certain tracts or parcels of land situated in the 14th Civil Dist. of the aforesaid state and county it being the same premises Sold and conveyed by my father to the said W. H. Butt and his heirs in before stated and bounded as follows:  viz:  Beginning at S. W. Corner of Lot No. 88 W 90 P. to corner of lot No. 3; Thence N. 99 P. to a rock in the public Road & N. E. corner to lot No. 3; Thence N 88 degrees E., 30 7/8 P., Thence N. 76 degrees E. 30 1/5 P. to a rock in the road N. W.

50 P. to a rock S. W. corner to lot No. 1 containing by survey 48 3/4 acres more or less.  Also tract of woodland attached to lot No. 1 running N. 84 degrees W 57 P. along an old road to a double post oak corner to church lot, Thence S. 2 degrees W 38 3/4 P. to a small chestnut tree.  Thence S. 88 degrees E. 57 P. to a rock in Shun pike road; Thence N 3 degrees E. 14 P. to a rock corner to ten acre lot; Thence N. 2 degrees E. 23 1/2 P. to the place of the beginning containing by survey twelve (12 A) acres more or less to have and to hold to the said Wallace H. Butt his heirs & assigns forever.
Witness my hand respectively on this 11 day of Sept. 1909.

Smith the bargainor with whom I am personally acquainted and who acknowledged that she executed the within written instrument for the purposes therein contained.  Witness my hand and official seal at Portland Tennessee this 11th day of September 19, 1909.
