State of Tennessee   }   For and in consideration of Forty
County of Sumner     }   two dollars to me paid the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, I E. J. Johnson Administratrix of Wm. Johnson deceased have this day bargained and sold and do release and convey until Robert Buntin a certain tract or parcel of land situated in the 16th Civil District of the aforesaid county and state & bounded as follows:  Beginning at a rock Mrs. Eliza Bradleys North West corner running West with the McKendree line 21 poles to a white oak thence S. with the McKendree line 60 poles to a rock thence E. with E. Bradleys line 17 poles to a rock thence N with E. Bradleys line 60 poles to the beginning containing six (6) acres be the same more or less To have & to hold unto the said Robert Buntin his heirs & assigns forever.  I do furthermore covenant with the said Robt. Buntin that the land is unincumbered & that I have a good right to convey it & I will warrant & forever defend the title to said land to the said Robt. Buntin his heirs & assigns against the legal claims of any person or persons whatever.  In testimony of which I hereto set my hand & seal on this 4th day of March AD 1882.
