To all whom this may concern.

I John Gregory, hath this day bargained and sold, and do by these presents, bargain and sell and deliver unto Archibald Gregory, one-two horse wagon, one brown horse, my crop of corn as it now stands in the field, (after talking out sixty barrels for the rent of the place on which I now live) and my crop of oats now housed, my house hold and kitchen furniture, for the sum of one hundred and forty six dollars & 50 cents. State of Tennessee, Sumner County - Personally appeared before me John L. Bugg, Clerk of the County Court of said county, John Gregory the bargainor with whom I am personally acquainted and who acknowledged that he executed the foregoing bill of sale for the purposes therein contained. Witness my hand at office this the 9th September 1852. John L. Bugg, Clerk.

State of Tennessee, Sumner County - I John Bruce, Register of said county, do hereby certify that the written Bill of Sale & probate are duly registered at my office, Bill Book II, page 90? Test, J. Bruce, Regr. S. C.
