To all whom this may concern.
I John Gregory, hath this day bargained and sold, and do by these presents, bargain and sell and deliver unto Archibald Gregory, one-two horse wagon, one brown horse, my crop of corn as it now stands in the field, (after talking out sixty barrels for the rent of the place on which I now live) and my crop of oats now housed, my house hold and kitchen furniture, for the sum of one hundred and forty six dollars & 50 cents. Bugg, Clerk of the County Court of said county, John Gregory the bargainor with whom I am personally acquainted and who acknowledged that he executed the foregoing bill of sale for the purposes therein contained.
