I Darius Winchester O'Neal for and in consideration of the love and affection I entertain and beareth for my wife Isabella O'Neal, I hereby give transfer and convey unto my wife Isabella O'Neal and her heirs and assigns forever a certain piece or parcel of land it being a part of the tract of land we now live on and beginning at a stake in the Lafayett - in John Perdue line, thence with said road S. 65 E. 37 poles & 20 links to a stone Perdue corner thence South 1 & 1/2 E. 23 poles & 8 links to a stake in the field, thence South 88 & 1/2 W. 33 poles & 18 links to a stake in the field a little North of the termination of the dick; thence N. 1 & 1/2 W. 40 poles & 23 links to the beginning, contains 6 acres 3 roods & 8 perch. To have and to hold said tract or parcel of land thereunto belonging to her the said Isabella O'Neal her heirs and assigns, representatives with all of its privilege & appurtenances.

I bind myself, my heirs and assigns to warrant and forever defend the title to said land every part of it unto my wife, Isabella O'Neal and her heirs and assigns against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. In testimony whereof I have set my hand, this the 9th of November 1906.

State of Tennessee, Sumner County - Personally appeared before me, Hampton Ray a Notary Public for said State and County, D. W. O'Neal the bargainor with whom I am personally acquainted and he having acknowledged the due execution of the annexed Deed to be his act and deed and for the purposes therein contained, the same is therefore certified.
