STATE OF TENNESSEE
AFFIDAVIT
COUNTY OF DAVIDSON

BLUFORD SIRCY, who after being duly sworn according to law, deposes and says:

That he is a resident of Davidson County, Tennessee, and is 68 years of age; that he is one of the heirs of R. L. Sircy and wife, Bell Sircy; that the said R. L. Sircy died without a will, in Sumner County, Tennessee, on the 26 day of April, l948; and that Bell Sircy, mother of deponent died on the 25 day of April, 1953 and had not remarried after the death of R. L. Sircy; that following is a list of all of the heirs of the said R. L, Sircy and BellSircy:

Otis Sircy
Classie Carter
Odell Mullinax
V. Freeman Sircy
Ellis D. Sircy
Prentice H. Sircy
Ethel Dixon (deceased, but left two children as follows: M. G. Dixon, Robert L. Dixon)
Bluford Sircy

Deponent further states that the above named parties were all over the age of twenty-one (21) years at the time of the execution of the deeds which appear of record in Deed Book 155, page 14, Deed Book 155, page 108, and Deed Book 155, page 254, all in the Register's office of Sumner County, Tennessee.
