To all whom it may concern..... I hereby make it known that I have this day given to my daughter Frances Bray for her great trouble in waiting on me in my old age all of my house hold stuff consisting of beds and bedsteads and bed cloths and pillows etc., cubboard & etc., and one desk and table and one clock this 24th day of March 1876. State of Kentucky, County of Monroe - I, J. H. Vandover clerk of the County Court for the county and state aforesaid do certify this deed of Gift from Nancy Welch to Frances Bray was on the third day of Aug 1876 produced to Samuel Crawford an acting depty clerk for said county in said county and proven by the oath of W. B. Numon? and on the 7th day of August 1876 before me by Andrew Comer both

subscribing witnesses hereto to be the act and deed of the said Nancy Welch and this day lodged for record. Whereupon the same together with this certificate has been duly recorded in my office. Given under my hand this Aug. 7th 1876. J. H. Vandover, Clerk Monroe County Court
