Friday afternoon, September 21, 1956, in Tampa, Fla., Mrs. Myrtle Garrison Durrett, age 68 years. Survived by husband H. E. Durrett, sons: H. E. Durrett, Jr. and Roy Durrett; daughter, Mrs. Raymond (Naomi) Briggs, all of Tampa; sister Mrs. May (Mary M.) Graham, Nashville. Remains will arrive at Union station Sunday night and will be taken to the Cole and Garrett Funeral Home, White House where services will be conducted Monday afternoon Sept. 24 at 2 o'clock (CST) by Brother Frank Jernigan. Pallbearers: Forest, Leon, Ernest, Calvin, and Earl Durrett and Melvin Graham. Interment, Hillcrest Cemetery, Cole and Garrett Funeral Directors.
