Mrs. Lonnie Riggsbee
Death of Mrs. Lonnie Riggsbee, at Adams, Tenn., at 11:20 o'clock July.19th, 1940, the Death Angel swooped down on the home of our mother. "God needs another angel in Heaven this morning." He said, and took with him the dear wife and mother, Mrs. Lonnie Riggsbee. She was born March 22, 1880, making her here on earth sixty years., 3 months and 29 days. She became a child of God in her early girlhood days. She is survived by her husband, Lonnie Riggsbee of Adams, and five daughters, Mrs. Annie Moore, Adams, Mrs. B. A. Jolly, of Holliday Cave, W. Va., Mrs. T. B. Corbin, of Cedar Hill, Mrs. E. L. Crunk, Baton Rouge, La., Mrs. Lea Wiseman of Portland and James Riggsbee of Portland. Funeral services were conducted at her home Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock by Rev. Davenport.
