Mrs. Dovie Parks Carlisle, 71, of 411 22nd Ave., widow of N. W. Carlisle, died Friday at Jesse Holman Jones Hospital following a long illness. Funeral services were held Saturday at 3 p.m. at Oakland Baptist Church with Rev. Leslie McClure and Rev. R. S. Qualls officiating. Burial was in Robertson County Memorial Gardens. A native of Tennessee, she was a daughter of Joe and Ruth Conquest Parks. She was a member of Oakland Baptist Church.
