Services for Noah Smart, 79, a retired farmer of Franklin, Ky. will be at
3 p. m. today at Wilkinson and Wiseman Funeral Home. Burial will be
in Perdue Cemetery. Smart died Wednesday in Carter-Moore Hospital,
Franklin. Surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Hattie Mai Phillips, Franklin,
Mrs. Pauline Crawley, Adolphus, Ky., Mrs. Rebecca Garrett, Portland, Mrs.
Ruth Roberts, Indianapolis, Ind., and Mrs. Lucille Meador, Scottsville, Ky;
a son, James Smart, Portland; 19 grandchildren and eight
great-grandchildren.
