Mr. Clarence Smart
Dear Brother,
I will try to ans. your letter this morning. We are all well, hoping
you are the same. I am glad you are having good luck and I hope you
will do well but Brother if I were you I would come home. Mama said
tell you when I wrote if you only knew how bad she was hurt because you were
gone you surly would come home and you know we won't have a mother always.
I go over there most every week but have not been this week. Papa
was over here this week and said they was all well. Leo said tell Bubber
hello for him and the baby is getting as fat as a pig. Lizzie came
home with me and stayed from Sunday until Wed. and she said she wish Brother
would come home that she wanted to see him. Austin is still at work
on the road. Well I guess I had better close for this time as I am
in a hurry. Write soon and let us hear from you. from your
sister.
