William Watkins DOUGLASS (son of Wiley J. DOUGLASS and Elizabeth WATKINS) was born on 2 May 1821. He died on 2 Dec 1902. He was buried in Douglass Cemetery, Cottontown, TN. William Watkins DOUGLASS and Sarah A. BELL were married on 16 Dec 1845 in Sumner County, TN. Sarah A. BELL was born on 19 Jul 1827. She died on 15 Dec 1884. She was buried in Douglass Cemetery, Cottontown, TN. Sumner County Cemetery Book has listed two infants being buried with them there at the Douglass Cemetery.

William Watkins DOUGLASS and Sarah A. BELL had the following children:

1. Jane DOUGLASS was born on 3 Jan 1848. She died on 5 Apr 1927 in Sumner County, TN. Jane DOUGLASS and James Matthew WALKER were married on 17 Dec 1866 in Sumner County, TN. James Matthew WALKER was born in Mar 1847 in Mississippi.

2. Susan (Sue) DOUGLASS was born on 30 May 1851 in Sumner County, TN. She died on 21 Nov 1934 in Sumner County, TN. She was buried on 22 Nov 1934 in Gallatin Cemetery. Susan (Sue) DOUGLASS and Dr. Richard NUCKOLLS were married on 16 Apr 1870 in Sumner County, TN. Dr. Richard NUCKOLLS was born on 4 Aug 1835. He died on 24 Jan 1910. He was buried in Gallatin Cemetery, Gallatin, TN. 1900 Sumner County Census shows that Susan and Richard had no children by their marriage.

3. Wyley B. DOUGLASS was born on 1 Mar 1855. He died on 18 Aug 1926 in Sumner County, TN. He was buried on 20 Aug 1926 in Gallatin Cemetery. Wyley B. DOUGLASS and Fannie O. RASCOE were married on 29 Nov 1890 in Sumner County, TN. Fannie O. RASCOE was born in 1866. She died in 1937. She was buried in Gallatin Cemetery.  

4. Eliza W. DOUGLASS was born in 1858.
