Will Book 36

I, Ethel Durrett, whose present address is White House, Robertson County, Tennessee, being of sound mind and disposing memory and knowing the certainty of death and the uncertainty of life, do hereby make and publish this, My Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all other Wills by me heretofore made.

ITEM I:  As soon after my death as is practical I desire that my Executor, hereinafter named, shall pay all my just debts, including my funeral expenses, and to collect any sums due and owing my estate.

ITEM II:  It is my express desire that all the rest and residue of my estate be equally divided among the following:  Joyce Wright Smith, William A. Wright, Mable Wright Boyles and Francis Earl Durrett; the above residing, respectively at the time of making this will at 1605 Porter Road, Nashville, Tennessee, 2021 Olga Avenue, Nashville, Tennessee, Idaho Avenue, Nashville, Tennessee and White House, Tennessee.

ITEM IV:  This bequeath includes both any real or personal property that I may own or possess.

ITEM V:  I hereby nominate and appoint my son, William A. Wright, as Executor of this, My Last Will and Testament, and do not require any bond or accounting in Court except that necessary for tax purposes.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand, in duplicate on this the 1st day of November, 1962.

*Ethel Hulsey married Sewell Northcross "Jim" Durrett in Robertson County, Tn. after 1934.  She died in November, 1973 and is buried in the Hillcrest Cemetery, White House, Sumner County, Tn. next to her 1st husband, Robert Wright.
