I, S. N. Durrett, whose present address is White House, Robertson County, Tennessee, being of sound mind and disposing memory and knowing the certainty of death and the uncertainty of life, do hereby make and publish this My Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all other Wills by me heretofore made.

ITEM I:  As soon after my death as is practical I desire and direct that my Executrix, hereinafter named, shall pay all my just debts, including my funeral expenses, and to collect any sums due and owing my estate.

ITEM II:  It is the will and desire of my wife, MRS. ETHEL DURRETT, and I that the survivor shall hold all real estate owned by either of us, no matter wheresoever located or situated, as individuals or as tenants by the entireties, for and during the survivor's natural life, and that at the death of the survivor to be divided equally one-half (1/2) to the heirs of MRS. ETHEL DURRETT and one half (1/2) to the heirs of S. N. Durrett, and I so will and devise my interest in said real estate to be distributed in such manner.

ITEM III:  I bequeath unto my beloved wife, MRS. ETHEL DURRETT, all such personal property of which I may died seized and possessed.

ITEM IV:  I hereby nominate and appoint my wife, MRS. ETHEL DURRETT, as Executrix of this, My Last Will and Testament, and do not require any bond or accounting in Court except that necessary for tax purposes.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand, in duplicate, on this the 7th day of August, 1959.

*Sewell Northcross Durrett was b 27 July 1893, youngest son of Francis E. Durrett and Ann Elizabeth M. Ackerman.  He was married first to Eva Jones on 6 February 1916 and second to Ethel Hulsey Wright.  Sewell Northcross Durrett is buried in the Hillcrest Cemetery, White House, Sumner County, Tennessee.  He died in 1961.
