I have a copy of a letter by Harper Sarrett [3rd Son of William H., Sr. & Mother: Eugenia F. FOLKES] address to his "Cousin" (My Grandfather) Elam "Henry" NEWSOM, [2nd Son of Martha Emma (SARRETT) NEWSOM & her 1st Husband Elam Haws NEWSOM] that mentions some additional siblings. It is as follows:

" Jackson, [Hinds Co.] Miss. July 23, 1930
Dear Henry:
I got your address from Harmon Benton when I saw him last, which was about the middle of July, 1928. Have been thinking of writing you ever since, but just kept putting it off from time to time. It has been a long, long time since I saw you and I have often thought of and wondered what you were doing.
I have been telegraphing for the last thirty years. Have been working for the people I am no employed by since 1918--12 years--Am married and have one child, a girl who will be 16 years old on September 6. Her name is Ruth and she's a moon-fixer.
Sister
    1. Adria is now Mrs. C.W. Hazlip and lives near Natchez. [Adam Co., MS.]
    2. Ethel is Mrs. C.K. Leighton and
    3. Fannie is Mrs. F.S. Eastburn and lives just outside of Memphis, [Shelby Co.] Tenn.
    5. Mable is Mrs. D. S. NASON and lives at Utica with Ethel. [Hinds Co., MS.]
    6. Orren lives here in Jackson. [Hinds Co., MS.]
    7. Vaughan died on July 26, 1928.
    Mama died on July 13 this year.
    Auntie and Uncle Tom LEE are living at the same old place in Utica. [Hinds Co., MS.]
    Aunt Mary and Uncle Ed FORD were at Winnfield, La., the last I heard from them.

Harmon BENTON, is "Benjamin "Harman" BENTON, a half-brother of Henry NEWSOM.

[REF:#003] Writes: " I found obit clipped from paper, probably by my mom. Had a date of 17 Feb. 1932. It was about Mrs. Ora (Finley) Sarrett, died at age 41. Had one daughter attended Mrs. Charles Walker (Ruth M. Sarrett) I went to highschool with a "Jean Sarrett" she was a year behind me prob b. 1934.
All I know was her mother was "Estelle" Wm. H. Sarrett, must have remarried, after the death of his first wife and remarried to Estelle"

Wedding on Sunday Unites Well-Known Hinds County Families
Members of two widley known Hinds County families were united here Sunday with the marriage of
Mr. W. H. SARRETT and Miss Estelle DUDLEY.
Members of the two families and friends attended the ceremony at the home of the bride's parents. Mr. & Mrs B.F. DUDLEY. The Rev. Owen Williams, Baptist Minister here, read the marriage vows.
A unique feature of the wedding was the presence of four generations of the brides family, the Mother, Grandmother, and Great-Grandmother.
The Great-Grandmother Mrs. REAGAN, is 102 years old. Mrs. LUM is the Grandmother.
The bride is a former teacher in the Hinds County Schools, but more recently has been employd at the Utica Telephone Exchange.
Mr. SARRETT, a native of Utica, has been connected with the Southern Bell Telephone Company for the last fifteen (15) years, being stationed at Jackson. He was also formerly with the United Press.
The bride and groom will make their home at Jackson, MS., where they both have family.
