The two daughters are not traced, but the 1st son James Henry SURRATT, left Wythe Co., VA. and went to Hancock Co., TN. , later to Knox Co., TN. some of these descendants went to Young Co., TX. and St. Louis, MO.
2nd Son George & Platum SURRATT, & Wife died young an only 1 son has been traced. Stephen L. "S.L." SURRATT, some of his descendants went to Jefferson Co., AL and later to Calhoun Co., AL. to Hill Co., TX. ..prs

Possible Record Problem!
The marriage of 09 Feb. 1821 for Leonard & Nancy (HARNOUS) SURRATT seems to old for Leonard and to young for Nancy, but this is the only Leonard & Nancy SURRATT in the Wythe Co. area that fits. ..prs
