This list was transcribed by Dave Bean and Anne Seddon from the company ledgers of Ordinary and Preference shareholders dated 17th August 1897. The Nominal Capital was £350,000 divided into 30,000 Preference Shares at £5 and 40,000 Ordinary Shares at £5.
