141880 US Census Index, (District 7, Knox co, TN). Shows daughter Mattie, age 21, in hh of Curran's brother, Alfred; Mattie's obituary says her parents died when she was 10 years old; however, in a letter written by Curran's father in June 1854, says he was not married at that time.
