He was married to Susannah Carmack, daughter of Cornelius Carmack; children--Pitzer, Willie B., John S., Sarah, Elizabeth H., Rachel, Mary K., Susan, and Cornelius C. Miller. Died, presumably in Hawkins County, Tennessee, in 1843; place of burial not given. Uncle of Jacob Miller (1813-1864), sometime member Tennessee General Assembly."
