For the most part, you can ignore the final three columns. However, if you plan on accessing the census for these towns on microfilm or on Ancestry.com, you must be aware of the correspondance between booklet pages and physical pages. See the Forward for more information. Some physical pages contain names from two different towns! Further complicating the issue, Ancestry allows browsing to these 2-town physical pages with no indication that part of the page belongs to a different town other than what is written in the margins of the page. "NARA Page" is the page number printed at the bottom right corner on the front side of each physical page.
