Bamberg County, South Carolina

 

Now, therefore, know all men by these presents, that I, Maud R. Sabin,

In the State Aforesaid, Promises, love and affection and the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) to me paid by Guy E. Sabin in the State aforesaid have granted, bargained, sold and released, and by these presents do grand, bargain, sell and release until the said Guy E. Sabin, his heirs and assigns: 

 
All of my right, title and interest of, in and to:

 
TRACT NO. 1:  All that tract of land, situate in Bamberg County, South Carolina, containing Two Hundred Thirty Four (234) acres, more or less, known as Tract No. 2 on plat of the Estate lands of Thomas Razor, deceased, made by L. N. Bellinger, Surveyor, and dated 24 September 1903, recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 114 in the office of the Clerk of Court for said county, and bounded, now or formerly, as follows:  North by Tract No. 3 of said Estate lands;  East by Tract No. 4 of said Estate lands; South by lands of William M. Razor and Tract No. 1 of said Estate lands; the public road from Bamberg to Walterboro the line; and West by lands of Nat Rhoads and of Dan Rhoads, the run of Hurricane Branch being the line.

 
TRACT NO. 2:  All that tract of land, situate in Bamberg County, South Carolina, containing Three Hundred Four (304) acres, more or less, being a part of the Estate lands of Thomas Razor, deceased, and designated as Tract No. 1 on a plat thereof by L. N. Bellinger, Surveyor, dated 24 September 1903, recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 114 in the office of the Clerk of Court for said county, and bounded, now or formerly, as follows:  North by the public road from Walterboro to Bamberg;  East by lands of William M. Razor and of Allen Kinsey; South by lands of Allen Kinsey;  and West by the run of the Little Salkehatchee River and the run of Hurricane Branch.
