MARTIN FREDERICK RAYSOR. In all your Raysor research have you found any information on Martin Frederick Rasor? He was in Chowan/Bertie Co. NC from 1716 to 1735 that I know of. I wonder if the Frances Rasor who died in Bertie Co. NC in 1748 might be his widow. She named among her heirs, Christina Bell. I am trying to prove the parents of my William Rasor Bell were John Bell and Christina Rasor. Can you shed any light on any of this? Of course, Frances Rasor might be a man, but I don't think so as I have been unable to find any mention of a Francis Rasor in the NC Colonial Records. |
