     Peter Butler.1 He was born in 1789.2
     On 25 July 1811, Peter Butler married Rachel Murphy, daughter of John Fouquoy Murphy and Rachel Cook, in Warren County County, Kentucky.1,3,2,4
     Peter Butler died in 1856 in Oregon.2

     Wallace I Butler was born in 1855 in Barker Mill, Androscoggin, Maine. He was the son of Edward Butler and Alice (Unknown).
     On 4 February 1877, Wallace I Butler married Ida Wilbur, daughter of Jefferson Wilbur and Elizabeth Ann Trim, in Ponca, Dixon County, Nebraska.1 Wallace I Butler witnessed the marriage of Fred Elmer Wilbur and Mary Fleura "Mamie" Conrad on 4 July 1878 in in Ponca, Dixon County, Nebraska.2,3,4,5,6,7
     Wallace I Butler and Ida Butler appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Staton Precinct, Staton, Nebraska, enumerated 18 June 1880 Their children Clarence E and Grace were listed as living with them.8
     Wallace I Butler and Ida Butler appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Appleton, Klickitat, Washington, enumerated 16 April 1910. Their daughter Lottie was listed as living with them.9
     Wallace I Butler died on 11 July 1914 in in Creswell, Lane, Oregon.10
