     Myrtle A. Bishop supplied the information on the death certificate of her mother, Martha A Carpenter who died on 26 April 1941.¹²

     On 27 December 1965, Myrtle A. Bishop was living at 1566 3rd St. N. W., in Salem, Polk, Oregon, when she died at the age of 76, leaving Roy as her surviving spouse.²
     Myrtle was buried on Friday, 31 December 1965 in the Belcrest Memorial Park, located in Salem, Marion County, Oregon . Her husband, Roy Bishop, was buried next to her upon his death in 1981.²
