     Julie Ann Clinton was born in 1846 Taney County, Missouri.1,2,3 She was the daughter of William Clinton and Elizabeth Freeman.
     On 12 August 1875, Julie Ann Clinton married John W Dugger, son of Henry Dugger and Sarah Green, in Douglas County County, Missouri.4,5,6
     Julie Ann Dugger and John W Dugger appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Cass, Douglas, Missouri, enumerated 26 June 1880 reporting John's occupation as a Farmer. Their children Terressa, John Hardin, Jaspar N, Willis Monroe and Martha E were listed as living with them, as well as Julie's mother, Elizabeth Clinton and Julie's sister, Mary Clinton.1
     Julie Ann Dugger and John W Dugger appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Sydney Precinct, Marion, Oregon, enumerated 27 June 1900, reporting John's occupation as a Farmer. Their daughter Harriet Bell was listed as living with them.7
     Julie Ann Dugger and John W Dugger appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Abernathy, Clackamas, Oregon, on Front Street, enumerated 22 April 1910, reporting John's occupation as a Farmer.8
     Julie Ann Dugger appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Seaside, Clatsop, Oregon, in the household of Charles A. Caseday and Harriet Bell Caseday, her daughter.3
     Julie Ann Clinton died on 23 February 1928 in in Oregon City, Clackamas, Oregon.
     Julie was buried after 23 February 1928 in the Mt View Cemetery, located in Oregon City, Clackamas County, Oregon . Section B Lot 59 GR E.

     Mary Clinton was born in 1849 Ozark County, Missouri.1 She was the daughter of William Clinton and Elizabeth Freeman.
