     Hendrick Campbell Conrad was born on 9 November 1848, New York.1,2 He was the son of Henry Austin Conrad and Julia Parthena Hull.1
     Hendrick Campbell Conrad appeared on the 1851 Canadian Census of Walsingham, Norfolk County, Canada West, Canada in the household of his parents, Henry Austin Conrad and Julia Parthena Conrad.3
     Hendrick Campbell Conrad appeared on the 1860 Federal Census of Hinsdale, Cattaraugus, New York in the household of his parents, Rev Henry Austin Conrad and Julia Parthena Conrad.1 Hendrick Campbell Conrad began military service on 2 January 1864 in Farmersville, Cattaraugus, New York. Enlisted as a Private in Company D, 161st Infantry Regiment New York. Also serving in this unit is his father, Henry Austin Campbell.4
     Hendrick Campbell Conrad died on 6 July 1864 at the age of 15. He died at sea (Mobile Bay) during the Civil War.5
Hendrick Campbell Conrad ended his military service on 6 September 1864 in Mobile Bay. Died at sea (Mobile Bay).4 Julia Parthena Hullapplied for the pension of Hendrick Campbell Conrad on 25 February 1880 application #260,627 certificate #263,399.6
