     Franklin Monroe Dugger was born on 24 August 1927 in Valsetz, Polk, Oregon.1 He was the son of Glen Monroe Dugger.
     In 1971,Franklin lived in 721 Claggett Street NE, Salem, Marion, Oregon.2
     Franklin Monroe Dugger died on 16 January 1997 in Salem, Marion, Oregon, at the age of 69.1
Franklin's obituary states:
Franklin M. Dugger, 69, died Thursday in Salem.

     Born in Valsetz, he had lived in Oregon all his life. He worked mostly as a lumber truck driver until his retirement. He was a member of the Salem Eagles for more than 20 years. His interests included hunting and fishing.

     Survivors include his wife, Violet; stepson, Ronald J. Cooper of Salem; sister, June Smith of South Carolina; one grandchild; and two great-grandchildren.

     Services and interment are private. Arrangements are by Keizer mortuary.3

     George William Dugger was born on 18 September 1854 White County, Tennessee.3,4,1 He was the son of John W Dugger and Catherine Malinda Bean.2
     George William Dugger appeared on the 1860 Federal Census of in 3 rd District, Cumberland, Tennessee in the household of his parents, John W Dugger and Catherine Malinda Dugger.5
     George William Dugger appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of in in District Number 1, Macon, Tennessee, in the household of his parents, John W Dugger and Catherine Malinda Dugger.6
     On 16 January 1876, George William Dugger married Nancy Isabelle Smith, daughter of David Smith and Patsy Livingston, in Mountain Grove, Wright County, Missouri.7
     George William Dugger and Nancy Isabelle Dugger appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Grass Valley, Sherman, Oregon, enumerated 15 June 1900.8
     George William Dugger and Nancy Isabelle Dugger appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Portland, Multnomah, Oregon, at 1741 East 11th, enumerated 9 April 1910, Their children Izzie, Ollie, Etha, Willie and Marion were listed as living with them.9
     George William Dugger supplied the information on the death certificate ofJohn W Dugger who died on 2 February 1914.10,3,11
     George William Dugger died on 17 April 1918 in in Winlock, Lewis, Washington, at the age of 63.12,1,2

     Glen Monroe Dugger was born on 16 March 1901 in Independence, Polk, Oregon.1 He was the son of Willis Monroe Dugger and Elizabeth Hattie "Lizzie" Murphy.
     Glen Monroe Dugger appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Independence, Polk, Oregon in the household of his parents, Willis Monroe Dugger and Elizabeth Hattie "Lizzie" Dugger.2
     Glen Monroe Dugger appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Croisan Precint, Marion, Oregon in the household of his parents, Willis Monroe Dugger and Elizabeth Hattie "Lizzie" Dugger.3 According to the census, Glen's occupation was Laborer.3
     In the before 2 July 1949 obituary of Elizabeth Hattie "Lizzie" Murphy which printed in the Statesman, circulated in Salem, Marion County, Oregon, Glen Monroe Dugger was listes as survivor.4
