     Otto Francis Dugger was born on 7 March 1912 in Independence, Polk, Oregon.1,2,3 He was the son of Willis Monroe Dugger and Elizabeth Hattie "Lizzie" Murphy.
     Otto Francis Dugger appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Croisan Precint, Marion, Oregon in the household of his parents, Willis Monroe Dugger and Elizabeth Hattie "Lizzie" Dugger.4
     Otto Francis Dugger appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Spray Precinct, Wheeler, Oregon with his mother Elizabeth Hattie "Lizzie" Dugger, in the household of Bruce Enyard.5
     In the before 2 July 1949 obituary of Elizabeth Hattie "Lizzie" Murphy which printed in the Statesman, circulated in Salem, Marion County, Oregon, Otto Francis Dugger was listes as survivor.6
     Otto Francis Dugger died on 10 July 1974 in Oakland, Alameda, California, at the age of 62.7,8

Wed. July 10th in Oakland, Calif at the residence. Survived by sisters, Mrs. Elvera Beard, Salem and Mrs. Thelma Crum, Salem; brother, Roscoe Duger, Oakland Calif. and Preston Dugger, Toledo, Ore. Servies will be Wed. July 17th at 1:20 pm in the Barrick Chapel, 205 Church SE. Interment, City View Cemetery. Rev M. H. Chavis, officiating.9


     Otto Francis Dugger's obituary was printed in the Oakland Tribune, circulated in Oakland, Alameda County, California, on 12 July 1974. He was survived by Elvera Dugger, Thelma Velma Dugger, Roscoe Wallace Dugger and Preston H. Dugger.9
     Otto was buried in the City View Cemetery, located in Salem, Marion County, Oregon .9

     Preston H. Dugger was born on 4 November 1918 in Independence, Polk, Oregon.1,2,3 He was the son of Willis Monroe Dugger and Elizabeth Hattie "Lizzie" Murphy.
