     Philura (Unknown) was born in 1786.2
     Philura married William Hawley circa 1806 in Vermont, the location is based on the birthplace of son Benjamin.3
     Philura Hawley and William Hawley appeared on the 1830 census in Hinsdale, Cattaraugus, New York, also living near the family is Daniel Conrad
also enumerated in the household is 1 unknown male under 5 years, 1 unknown male 10 to 14 years and 1 unknown females 20 to 29 years.4
     Philura Hawley died on 6 February 1839 in Cattaraugus County, New York.3
     Philura was buried in the Hinsdale Cemetery, located in Hinsdale, Cattaraugus County, New York . Section 1 Lot 32 Grave 1 also buried in this lot is Philura Taft (daughter of Philura and William Hawley.)2
