     Francis Marion Fickes was born in September 1867 in Manitou Springs, El Paso, Colorado.1,2
     On 23 January 1889, Francis Marion Fickes married Minnie Irene Rowell, daughter of Isaac Smith Rowell and Elmira Eisenlord "Myra" Wilbur, in Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado.1
     Francis Marion Fickes and Minnie Irene Fickes appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Surface Creek, Delta, Colorado, enumerated 1 June 1900, also in the household are their 4 children.2
     Francis Marion Fickes died on 17 November 1938 in Cedaredge, Delta, Colorado, at the age of 71.1

     Mariam Filkin was born in 1791.2 She was the daughter of Peter Filkin Jr.
     On 25 August 1811, Mariam Filkin married Thomas Wilbur, son of Enoch Wilbur and Phebe Church, in Pleasant Valley, Dutchess County, New York.1
     Mariam Filkin died in 1867.1
