     Henry Habermehl was born on 9 July 1837 in Alsfeld, Alsfeld, Hessen, Germany.1,3,4 He was the son of Johann Habermehl and Anna Elizabeth Zinn.1,2
     On 12 March 1865, Henry Habermehl married Catherine Fleischauer, daughter of Heinrich Fleischauer and Dorthea Deising, in North Easthope, Perth County, Ontario.1,5,2
     Henry Habermehl and Catherine Habermehl appeared on the 1871 Canadian Census of Wellesley, Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, enumerated 2 April 1871. Their children George were listed as living with them, as well as Henry's mother, Anna Elizabeth Habermehl.1
     Henry Habermehl died on 20 February 1877 in Wellesley, Waterloo County, Ontario, Canada, at the age of 39.4,6

     Johann Habermehl was born in 1809 Germany.1
     On 7 November 1833, Johann Habermehl married Anna Elizabeth Zinn in Storndorf, Ober-Breidenbach County, Hessen.2
     Johann and Anna Elizabeth Zinn immigrated to New York City, New York County, New York, with his family Anna Elizabeth Habermehl and Wilhelm Habermehl, aboard the Bark Therese arriving on 25 August 1856, The family occupied the level between decks traveling from Storndorf, Germany to Canada..3
     Johann Habermehl died circa 1858 in Wellesley, Waterloo County, Ontario, Canada.4

     Wilhelm Habermehl was born on 5 April 1848 in Storndorf, Ober-Breidenbach, Hessen, Germany.1,2 He was the son of Johann Habermehl and Anna Elizabeth Zinn.
     Wilhelm Habermehl immigrated to New York City, New York County, New York, with his parents, Johann and Anna Elizabeth Zinn, aboard the Bark Therese arriving on 25 August 1856, The family occupied the level between decks traveling from Storndorf, Germany to Canada..3
     On 14 September 1873, Wilhelm Habermehl married Barbara Ringle in Waterloo County County, Ontario.4 and the religion of Wilhelm's household is stated to be Mennonite.4
     Wilhelm Habermehl and Barbara Habermehl appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Wilmot, Waterloo, Ontario, enumerated 4 April 1881 Their children Albert, Abraham and John were listed as living with them.4
