     Richard Hart was born circa 1667 in Portsmouth, Newport, Rhode Island.1 He was the son of Richard Hart and Hannah Keene.

     Richard Hart left a will filed on 19 April 1744 Little Compton, Newport, RI. It was recorded in Taunton.4 His estate was probated on 10 June 1744.4
