Abraham was Quaker. He was born on 19 January 1685/86 in Rockland Manor, New Castle, Delaware. He was the son of Thomas Hollingsworth and Margaret Calvert.
On 10 March 1709/10, Abraham Hollingsworth married Ann Robinson, daughter of George Robinson and Catherine Hollingsworth, in. Abraham Hollingsworth ABRAHAM HOLLINGSWORTH, of near Winchester, Frederick County, Virginia; b. 19th January, 1686; d. October, 1748; he bought of Alexander Ross 582 acres of land in 1732 near Winchester, which his son, Isaac, inherited and a part of the Homestead is still owned by descendants; Isaac's title to this land was disputed by Lord FAIRFAX; to prevent legal proceedings he again purchased it in 1754; m. 13th March, 1710, Ann ROBINSON, dau. of George ROBINSON, d. in 1748; Abraham by will dated 23d September, 1748, recorded in Frederick County, Virginia, 1st November, 1748, disposed of 1232 acres of land.1

That is to say, principally and first of all, I give and recommend my soul into the hands of God, that gave it, and as for my body, I recommend it to the earth to be buried in a decent manner at the discretion of my Executors hereafter named and as touching such worldly goods wherewithall it hath pleased God to bless me with in this life I give and dispose of the same in the following manner and form.
Imprimis, my will and mind is that all my just debts and funeral expenses be first paid and discharged,
Item. I give and bequeath unto my well-beloved wife Ann one of my best feather beds, with the furniture thereunto belonging, likewise I give unto my wife her riding horse and her saddle.
Item. I give and bequeath unto my son George Hollingsworh Two Hundred and Fifty Acres of land, being part of the One Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty acres of land joining it to the land I gave to Benjamin Carter on both sides of the creek. I give it to him, his heirs and assigns forever.
Item. I give and bequeath to my son-in-law Benjamin Carter and to his heirs and assigns forever Four Hundred acres of land lying on both sides of the Creek called Beaverdam.
Item. I give and bequeath unto my son, Isaac Hollingsworth and his heirs and assigns forever Five Hundred Eighty-two acres of land it being the old tract together with all and singular the buildings and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining.
Item. I give and bequeath unto my son George Hollingsworth the sum of Seven Pounds, Ten shillings of Current money which my son Isaac Hollingsworh shall pay to him Twelve months after my decease.
Item. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Lydia Naill one of my feather beds and furniuture thereunto belonging.
Lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint my wife and my son in law, Louis Neill and my son Isaac Hollingworth my executors of this my last will and testament hereby revoking, annuling and utterly making void all former and other wills by me heretofore made.

This will of Abraham Hollingsworth decd was presented unto Court by Lewis Neill and Isaac Hollingsworth, two of the executors therein named ( Ann Hollingsworth, the exectrix having in open court refused to take upon herself the burden of the execution of this said will) who made oath to the same according to law, and the said will being proved by the oaths of William Dobbin and James Dunbar two of the witnesses thereto who also made oath that they saw Joseph Lupton sign the same as an evidence it is admitted to record.

Need to research further...1,3 On 8 November 1804, Abraham and Eunice were received as a Quaker at the Miami Monthly Meeting in in Miami, Warren County, Ohio, from Bush River Monthly Meeting, Newbury, South Carolina. The certificate was dated 25 August 1804.. Also received into the meeting were Martha Hollingsworth, Joseph Hollingsworth and Henry Hollingsworth.1,3
