     William A Allen was born on 20 April 1864 in Ava, Douglas, Missouri.1,2 He was the son of Randolph Allen and Elizabeth Hartley.
     William A Allen appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of in Findley, Douglas, Missouri, in the household of his parents, Randolph Allen and Elizabeth Allen.3
     William A Allen appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Lincoln, Douglas, Missouri in the household of his parents, Randolph Allen and Elizabeth Allen.1
     William A Allen died on 6 January 1934 in Douglas County, Missouri, at the age of 69.4,5
     William was buried in the Denny Cemetery, located in Findley, Douglas County, Missouri . Further information can be found at Find a Grave.4,5
