     Ann E. (Unknown) was born circa 1836, New York.1
     Circa 1858, Ann E. (Unknown) married James Whitlock, son of Thomas Whitlock and Jane Norton, in New York.1
     Ann E. Whitlock appeared on the 1860 Federal Census of Ithaca, Tompkins, New York, in the household of Thomas Whitlock and Jane Whitlock, her husband's parents.1
     Ann E. Whitlock appeared on the 1865 State Census of Humphrey, Cattaraugus, New York, in the household of Thomas Whitlock and Jane Whitlock, her husband's parents, her husband, James Whitlock and their sons, Thomas, Frank and William.2
     Ann E. Whitlock and James Whitlock appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Concord, Erie, New York, enumerated 13 July 1870. Their children Thomas, William, Frank, Grace and Charles were listed as living with them.3
     Ann E. Whitlock and James Whitlock appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Ponca, Dixon, Nebraska, enumerated 1 June 1880 Their children William, Frank, Grace and Charles were listed as living with them.4
     Ann E. Whitlock appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Allegany, Cattaraugus, New York, at Whitlock Hollow, enumerated 6 May 1910, reporting Ann as a widow Her children Thomas, William, Charles, Grace and Frank were listed as living with her.5
