     Thomas Graham "Tom" Neilans Jr. was born on 24 March 1922 in Buffalo, Erie, New York.3 He was the son of Thomas Graham Neilans and Bessie Bernice Walsh.2,1
     Thomas Graham "Tom" Neilans Jr. appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Dunkirk, Chautauqua, New York in the household of his parents, Thomas Graham Neilans and Bessie Bernice Neilans.3
     On 15 March 1937, Thomas Graham "Tom" Neilans Jr. was living at W 1708 Gardner, in Spokane, Spokane, Washington, when he died from Pulmonary Tuberculosis (9 days short of his 15th birthday), at the age of 14.      Charles W. Neilans was born on 2 October 1893 in Grand Island, Erie, New York.1,2 He was the son of John Simpson Neilans and Lillias Dickson / Dixon.1
