     Henry Paff Sr. was born in 1841 Germany.1
     On 24 December 1876, Henry Paff Sr. married Elizabeth Lanz, daughter of Heinrich Lanz and Anna Marie Merlau, in Phillipsburg, Waterloo County, Ontario.2,3
     Henry Paff Sr. and Elizabeth Paff appeared on the 1881 Canadian Census of North Easthope, Perth, Ontario, Canada, enumerated 4 April 1881.1
     Henry Paff Sr. was made Executor of the will of Heinrich Lanz 17 March 1888 North Easthope Township, Perth County, Ontario, Canada.4
