Back to top In 1775, Rhame Palmer married Philip Mosher, son of Caleb Mosher and Elizabeth Wilbor, at Nine Partners Monthly Meeting in Nine Partners, Dutchess County, New York.1 Rhame Palmer and Philip Mosher were given removal certificates in 1793 in at Nine Partners Monthly Meeting, in Nine Partners, Dutchess, New York, along with all of his children but Rhoda to the Saratoga MM. Rhoda received her removal certificate in 1797 to Saratoga MM.1
