     Richard Pearce.¹ He was born in 1615 in Waltham Abbey, Essex England.¹ He was the son of Richard Pearse and (Unknown) Martha.
     On 5 May 1642, Richard Pearce married Susannah Wright, daughter of John Wright and Mary Dell, in Waltham Abbey, Essex County.¹
     Richard Pearce died on 22 April 1677 in in Portsmouth, Newport, Rhode Island.¹

     Samuel Pearce died on 2 December 1798 in in Warren, Bristol, Rhode Island, at the age of 64.
