     Eleanor Jane Beard was born on 7 March 1890 in Ferndale, Glamorgan,Wales.1 She was the daughter of Herbert Charles Beard and Hester Fry. Eleanor was listed as the daughter of Herbert Charles Beard on the 1891 Census in Llanwonno, Glamorganshire, Wales .2
On the 31 March 1901 Census, Eleanor and Florence were listed as a daughter in the household of Herbert Charles Beard and Hester in Llanwonno, Glam, Wales. Also listed in the household was her brother William and Herbert; also living in the household as boarders were:
Benjamin Frank Hemnes single male age 31, occupation of above ground coal laborer born in Winscombe, Somerset, England;
John Lewis Colley married male age 37 occupation of a gas stoker born in Liverpool, Lancaster, England;
Evan Thomas single male age 22, occupation of railway lampman born in Glamorgan, Wales.2
     Eleanor Jane Beard immigrated to Malad City, Oneida, Idaho, with her parents Herbert and Hester Beard, aboard the ship Ivernia arriving on 5 August 1902, The family arrived in Boston Massachusetts from Liverpool England..3,4 Eleanor Jane Beard was naturalized on 29 June 1908 in Malad City, Oneida, Idaho, and Hester Beard.3
     Eleanor Jane Beard appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Malad City, Oneida, Idaho in the household of her parents, Herbert Charles Beard and Hester Beard.5
     On 22 October 1913, Eleanor Jane Beard married Sevil Fredrick Illum, son of Peder Hansen Pedersen Illum and Betty Birgitte Catherine Swenson, in Malad City, Oneida County, Idaho.6,7
     Eleanor Jane Illum and Sevil Fredrick Illum appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of St. John, Oneida, Idaho, enumerated 2 January 1920. Their children Elizabeth Hester, Frederick Sevill, Nellie M. and Vern Devere were listed as living with them.8 Eleanor Jane Illum was mentioned in the obituary of Hester Beard on 9 March 1922 which printed in the Oregon Statesman, circulated in Salem, Marion County, Oregon.9
     Sevil Fredrick Illum and Eleanor Jane Illum appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of St. John, Oneida, Idaho, enumerated 18 April 1930. Their children Elizabeth Hester, Frederick Sevill, Nellie M., Vern Devere and Elmer Walter were listed as living with them.10 Eleanor Jane Illum was mentioned living in Malad City, Idaho in the obituary of William John Beard on 19 May 1963 which printed in the Statesman, circulated in Salem, Marion County, Oregon.11
     Eleanor Jane Illum died on 3 November 1963 in Malad City, Oneida, Idaho, at the age of 73.12

     Ellen Beard was born on 4 December 1846 in Banwell, Somerset,England.1 She was the daughter of William Beard and Betsy Laney.
     Ellen Beard was baptized on 24 January 1847 in Banwell, Somerset, England , daughter of William Beard and Betsy Laney.1,2
     Ellen Beard appeared on the 1851 British Census of Wolvershill, Banwell, Somerset, England in the household of her parents, William Beard and Betsy Beard.3
     In 1872, Ellen Beard married William Cook, son of Richard Cook and Patience Beard, at Axbridge Registration District in Banwell, Somerset County.1,4

     Daniel Wight Thorpe and Florence May Thorpe appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Logan, Cache, Utah, at 51 West Sixth South, enumerated 15 April 1930, reporting Daniel as a Truck Driver|Their 6 children were listed as living with them as well as Florence's brother, Ralph Beard's Family..10 She was mentioned living in Hathorne, California in the obituary of William John Beard on 19 May 1963 which printed in the Statesman, circulated in Salem, Marion County, Oregon.11
     Florence May Thorpe died on 20 March 1973 in Hawthorne, Los Angeles, California, at the age of 76.2
     Florence was buried on Monday, 26 March 1973 in the Logan City Cemetery, located in Logan, Cache County, Utah .2

     On 12 March 1982, Gerri Lou Beard married Kenneth Ray "Ken" Gregerson in Salem, Marion County, Oregon.2
