     Margaret Stewart was born on 24 February 1865,Canada.2,1 She was the daughter of Peter Stewart and Flora Mc Master.1
     Margaret Stewart appeared on the 1871 Canadian Census of Minto, Wellington, Ontario, Canada in the household of her parents, Peter Stewart and Flora Stewart.3
     Margaret Stewart appeared on the 1881 Canadian Census of Tiverton, Bruce, Ontario, Canada in the household of her mother Flora Stewart.4
     Margaret Stewart appeared on the 1885 State Census Cavalier County, Dakota Territory in the household of her parents, Peter Stewart and Flora Stewart.5
     On 25 November 1885, Margaret Stewart married George William Walsh, son of James Walsh and Anna Strahann, in Cavalier County County, North Dakota.6
     Margaret Walsh and George William Walsh appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of East Alma, Cavalier, North Dakota, enumerated 12 June 1900. Their children James Fred, Lionel C., Flora L., Anna L., Muriel B. and Bessie were listed as living with them.7
     Margaret Walsch and George William Walsh appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Milton, Cavalier, North Dakota, enumerated 16 April 1910 Their children Bessie Bernice, Flora L., Anna L., Muriel B., George B., Janet Lucille and Catherine were listed as living with them.8
     Margaret Walsch and George William Walsh appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Belgrade, Gallantin, Montana, at Colorado Street, enumerated January 1920. Their children Flora L., George B., Janet Lucille and Catherine were listed as living with them.9 Margaret Walsch and George William Walsh were listed as a witness to the marriage of S. Randall Carpenter and Flora L. Walsch on 10 January 1922 in Broadview, Yellowstone, Montana.10
     Margaret Walsch and George William Walsh appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of School District #59 (Fairview), Teton, Montana, enumerated 11 April 1930. Their son George B. was listed as living with them.11
     On 13 December 1933, Margaret Walsh was living in Cleiv, Teton, Montana, when she died at the age of 68, leaving George as her surviving spouse. The information on the death certificate being supplied by James Fred Walsh, her son.12,1
     Margaret was buried on Monday, 18 December 1933 in the New Highland Cemetery, located in Great Falls, Cascade County, Montana .12,1

     Peter Stewart was born on 12 January 1825 Scotland.1,3,4 He was the son of John Stewart and Jane McLean.2
     Peter Stewart married Flora Mc Master in.1,5
     Peter Stewart and Flora Stewart appeared on the 1861 Canadian Census of Minto, Wellington, Canada West, Canada, enumerated 13 January 1861. which reported Peter's occupation as a farmer. Their children John C, Mary, Jane and Catherine were listed as living with them.6
     Peter Stewart and Flora Stewart appeared on the 1871 Canadian Census of Minto, Wellington, Ontario, Canada, enumerated 2 April 1871, the census reported the religion of the household as Presbyterian. Their children Mary, Jane, John C, Catherine, Lillie, Euphemia, Margaret and Malcom were listed as living with them.7
     Peter Stewart and Flora Stewart appeared on the 1885 Territorial Census of Cavalier County, Dakota Territory, enumerated in June 1885, reporting Peter as a farmer. Their children Margaret, Euphemia, Malcom, Archibald, Daniel and Robert were listed as living with them.8
