     Elizabeth D. Beckwith was born on 24 October 1836 Cattaraugus County, New York county of birth is based on 1855 NY state census.1 She was the daughter of Simeon Beckwith and Hannah Button.
     On 27 December 1853, Elizabeth D. Beckwith married William Hawley Conrad, son of Daniel Conrad and Mary Ann Hawley, in Belfast, Allegany County, New York.2
     Elizabeth D. Conrad and William Hawley Conrad appeared on the 1855 State Census Ischua, Cattaraugus, New York, enumerated June 1855, reporting William's family living in a plank house owning land.1
     Elizabeth D. Conrad and William Hawley Conrad appeared on the 1860 Federal Census of Ischua, Cattaraugus, New York, enumerated 27 June 1860. Their children Henry and Fred were listed as living with them, as well as Nooma Beckwith, Elizabeth's sister. Living near the family is Simeon Beckwith.3
     Elizabeth D. Conrad and William Hawley Conrad appeared on the 1865 State Census of Hinsdale, Cattaraugus, New York, enumerated 16 June 1865, reporting William as a farmer living in a plank house with a vaule of $300 and owning land.. Their children Henry, Fred, Mary Isa, Jonas B. and William were listed as living with them, as well as Truman LEWIS a farm hand age 26 born in Wyoming.4
     Elizabeth D. Beckwith and William Hawley Conrad appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Hinsdale, Cattaraugus, New York, enumerated 8 July 1870, reporting William as a farmer owning real estate valued at $3,500 and personal property with a value of $1,300. Their children Henry, Fred, Mary Isa and Jonas B. were listed as living with them, as well as Elizabeth's father, Simeon Beckwith and sister, Lucetta Beckwith.5
     Elizabeth D. Conrad and William Hawley Conrad appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Hinsdale, Cattaraugus, New York, enumerated 23 June 1880 reporting William as a farmer. Their children Henry, Fred, Mary Isa and Jonas B. were listed as living with them, as well as their daughter-in-law Carrie (Unknown) and their grand daughter, May Conrad.6
     Elizabeth D. Conrad died on 17 February 1893 at the age of 56.
     Elizabeth was buried on Sunday, 19 February 1893 in the Hinsdale Cemetery, located in Hinsdale, Cattaraugus County, New York . Section 1 Lot128.

     Lucetta Beckwith was born in September 1843, New York birth is listed as Pennsylvania on 1865 NY state census.1 She was the daughter of Simeon Beckwith and Hannah Button.1
