     Martha A. Bennett was born in March 1834, New York.2,3
     On 10 September 1850, Martha A. Bennett married George Peter Conrad, son of Daniel Conrad and Mary Ann Hawley, in Franklinville, Cattaraugus County, New York.4
     Martha A. Conrad and George Peter Conrad appeared on the 1860 Federal Census of Madison, Buchanan, Iowa, enumerated 19 July 1860. Their children Charles Bennett, Flora J., John F., Nelly J. and Priscilla were listed as living with them.1
     Martha A. Conrad and George Peter Conrade appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of in Ponca, Dixon County, Nebraska, enumerated 16 July 1870. Their children Charles Bennett, Flora J., Nelly J., Ida and Mary were listed as living with them.3
     Martha A. Conrad and George Peter Conrad appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Ponca, Dixon, Nebraska, enumerated 24 June 1880, as well as his wife's aunt, Lucinda Bennett.5
