     On 3 July 1873, Sarah Mary Van Sickle married Alanson Burch, son of Wilson Burch and Harriet M. Wilbur, in Lawrence, Van Buren County, Michigan.1,2,3
     Sarah Mary Van Sickle and Alanson Burch appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Porter, Van Buren, Michigan, at Washington Street, enumerated 1 June 1880 William Van Sickles, Sally's brother, age 11 born in Michigan is also living with them. Living two dwellings from William is his brother, Lanson Burch.. Their children Minnie and Charles were listed as living with them.2
