     Horace C. Watson was born on 20 November 1912 in Deerhead, Barber, Kansas.1,2 He was the son of Hoarce Taylor Watson and Myrtle Jessie Carr.1
     Horace C. Watson appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Aetna Township, Barber, Kansas in the household of his parents, Hoarce Taylor Watson.1
     Horace C. Watson appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Lake City, Barber, Kansas in the household of his parents, Hoarce Taylor Watson and Gladys Gentry Watson.3
     Horace C. Watson died on 14 July 1957 at the age of 44.2,4
     Horace was buried on Thursday, 18 July 1957 located in Clearwater, Sedwick County, Kansas .2

     Col James Watson was born in 1743 in Strasburg, Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He was the son of John Watson and Ann Stephenson.
     On 25 June 1766, Col James Watson married Elizabeth Long in Strasburg, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Col James Watson James was a colonel of the 2nd Battalion in the Revolutionary war and commanded a battalion of militia from the southeastern end of the county. James was in the battle of Brandywine. James moved to Cumberland County at the close of the war.1,2
     Col James Watson died on 2 July 1831 in in Greencastle, Franklin, Pennsylvania.

     Jane Ann Watson was born on 18 October 1846 in Salt Creek, Holmes, Ohio. She was the daughter of Samuel Patterson Watson and Margaret Ann Ward.
     Jane Ann Watson died on 8 October 1849 at the age of 2.
