     John was "Wilburite" Quaker; Founder of the Society of Friends "Wilburites. " He was born on 17 June 1774 in Hopkinton, Washington, Rhode Island. He was the son of Thomas Wilbore and Mary Hoxie.
     John Wilbore died on 1 May 1856 in in Hopkinton, Washington, Rhode Island, at the age of 81.
